We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates and peak event seasons (spring, fall, and holidays). Last-minute requests are welcome — we'll check availability right away.
Yes — every rental includes professional delivery, full setup, and pickup. Our team arrives early so everything is ready before your guests, and we handle the breakdown at the end of your event.
Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every event. Your kids deserve a spotless, safe experience — it's a non-negotiable for us.
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Just let us know your venue when booking so we can bring the proper anchoring and equipment for a safe install.
Safety first — if severe weather is forecast, we'll work with you to reschedule for another date at no extra cost. We monitor the weather closely in the days leading up to your event.
